When you have all your products in your shopping cart, and are ready to Checkout, click on the shopping cart icon (top-right of your screen) and you will be redirected to the View Cart page
Check over your order and if you have a coupon code enter it here. Don’t have a coupon code to use? We offer FREE shipping for orders over $160.
In the Checkout page, you will need to login with your email address and password. If this is your first time registering with us, you will need to upload your photo ID, provide your email, choose a password and complete the required fields to have your account set up.
Once you’ve completed all the required fields, you’ll need to accept the Terms and Conditions then click “Proceed”
We accept payment only through e-transfer. Once we received your e-transfer payment, your order will be processed and will ship the following business day. We’ll email your tracking number as soon as available.
A. We have secure and discreet packaging which is vacuum sealed to protect your purchase and your privacy. Always shipped securely through Canada Post. We ship Express with Canada Post on the same day if you order before 1 PM PST.

We can cancel your order if it has not been shipped out. Please email us at [email protected] or chat with us here. If you want to edit or add to your order, you need to cancel your current order with us and create a new order.

Yes. We charge 5% GST on orders. This is included in the checkout price.
We offer FREE shipping on orders over $160. We ship our orders via Canada Post and we provide a tracking number via email for you once the order has shipped. If you live in a remote area, your order may take a few extra days to reach you.
Once the order is placed, the next step is to send your payment to us. We keep the order on hold for 12 hours. After that, if payment is still not recevied it will be canceled.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Please check your package status on the CP website. Sometimes there are delays with CP, but it will get to you eventually.
Also note, if your package is marked as “Delivered” by Canada Post, we do not reimburse for lost package claims, however, an investigation will be launched.
If the package is rerouted and returned because your address is incorrect, the package is considered lost and we will not incur any costs for the lost package.
We email the tracking number before scanning the package at the post office. It won’t show up as trackable on the Canada Post site until the package is scanned by the post office. The correct tracking should show up by the end of the business day.
Please make sure to double check the spelling of the payment email which you sent payment to and ensure it is correct. In 99% of cases, there is a typo in the email.
Once a package containing edibles leaves our shop, we cannot be held liable for any melt that may occur. Temperatures in the summer can reach up to 30 degrees or more, and many of our edible products use minimal preservatives which means they cannot stand the heat like a standard 711 candy. If your gummies are melted, you can simply refrigerate for them to harden, break them up and consume as normal. The THC/dosing level will be unaffected.
