I use the flow one for the lovely time of the month for women and I tell you, I went from taking 2 ibuprofen every 4hrs my first day of my favorite time of the month. To taking 1 tablet every 6hrs. I would max out the recommended amount of ibuprofen to not even close with the flow. I swear it’s magic in tiny bottle! Now to try the other ones. Just wish the target one was available.
